Sometimes, it helps if you can send us the logs from your game, to help us diagnose a problem you may have encountered. Note that this is only possible on the PC version of the game.
These logs can usually be found at this location on your computer - C:\Program Files\Epic Games\Crayta\Crayta\Saved\Logs.
When you encounter the problem in your game, you can go to this location and get the Crayta.log file - this is the log for your latest, or currently running, session.
Remember, this log contains sensitive information - please send it directly to us through a support ticket, and don't paste it in a public place where other players might see it.
