Each type of anti-virus software will be unique with different steps to allow exceptions. As a quick check you can temporarily disable your firewall, try launching Crayta to see if it connects, and see if your experience improves. If it does, chances are your firewall is causing a problem. Over a (usually short) period of time, most virus checkers will learn to trust the Crayta executable, but you can also follow the instructions from your firewall manufacturer to manually add Crayta as an exception.
